“RESTORING COMMUNITIES, CHANGING LIVES”, THE NEW BEGINNING FOR KALHAAN

     “Restoring Communities, Changing Lives”: The New Beginning of Kalhaan and the theme of the Launching of the Claveria MTF-ELCAC suits very well to bring life to the “No Mans Land” of Sitio Kalhaan of Barangay Minalwang, Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

     Through the efforts of the Claveria MTF-ELCAC with the support of the 58^th IB in restoring Kalhaan as a vibrant place for the Higaonon tribes and facilitate the return of the residents to their ancestral domain, the government services was brought in the area last April 14, 2021.

     The launching was a memorable event for the Higaonon Tribe wherein the government showed that it is true in its efforts to bring the services closer to the people.

     The Higaonon Tribe experienced and felt that government is true in its efforts in bringing peace and development in the area through the various programs, projects to be implemented in the area. (DILG 10/DILG Mis. Or. PO/MARIE APOLINARIO)
