In the search to recognize the most outstanding Lupong Tagapamayapa in Region 10, the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives and Awards – Regional Assessment Team (LTIA-RAT) conducted its pre-assessment meeting on May 2, 2023.

The meeting aimed to discuss the enhanced LTIA criteria and guidelines, the five (5) criteria/indicators, and come up with a validation schedule for the Conduct of the Regional Assessment in recognizing the most deserving among the Lupon nominees.

During the meeting, DILG Region 10 Regional Director Wilhelm M. Suyko, reiterated that the Katarungang Pambarangay is an integral part of the Philippine Justice System because it provides an effective solution to disputes at the barangay level.

The LTIA-RAT Pre-Assessment Meeting was attended by representatives from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Philippine National Police (PNP), Citizen’s Watch for Good Governance (CWGG), Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) and GROUP Foundation, Inc.
