DILG MISOR TALKS ROAD CLEARING, CONTACT TRACING, MANDANAS RULING

Misamis Oriental, Feb. 3 – To take on relevant issues for the month, the DILG-Misamis Oriental organized a meeting with the DILG field officers, Road Clearing Validation Team, and the re-hired Contact Tracers.

In her message, Provincial Director Marisia Naybe welcomed the members of the validation team and explained that amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the road clearing remains a major program as it is a directive from the President. And to determine LGUs’ compliance, there is a need to conduct validation/assessment this month.

Also, she officially welcomed the newly-hired contact tracers and conveyed that they should be grateful for their C/MLGOOs and MHO that they were rehired. They were assessed based on their performance and attitude, which is vital in their line of work. She also emphasized that the government has invested and believed in them to reduce the COVID-19 cases.

Following PD Naybe, Project Manager Liza Ladres discussed the salient features of the Road Clearing Validation, followed by a briefing on the roles of the contact tracers.

PD Naybe also discussed the salient features of the Mandanas Ruling for the information of all concerned. (DILG 10/DILG Mis. Or. PO/Marie Antonette C. Apolinario) (Revised copy/DILG10/Jia Artajo)
