DILG LANAO DEL NORTE SPEARHEADS CONTRACT TRACERS’ VIRTUAL ORIENTATION ON STAYSAFE APPLICATION SYSTEM
Lanao del Norte, Apr 20 – To advance the cause of containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus in these trying times, DILG Lanao del Norte, spearheaded by PD Bruce A. Colao, conducted an online Orientation on the use of Stay Safe Application System on April 20, 2021.
The virtual engagement via Zoom platform is well participated by the 75 DILG-hired contact tracers in Lanao del Norte.
Per inventory, of the 75 contact tracers (CTs) of the province, 60 CTs have already created their own QR codes using the StaySafe.ph platform.
LGOO II Randel Ivan Canete served as the resource person of the online orientation. Among other things, he emphasized that the DILG Provincial Office has already created a digital logbook to monitor visitors coming in and out of the office.
PD Colao emphasized the importance of the application to strengthen contact tracing, monitoring of the state of health of individuals and social distancing application. He enjoined all CTs to be enrolled in the system and for all field offices of DILG Lanao del Norte to apply the system to be part of field operations.
