Further, the BIDA program embodies a comprehensive
approach that extends beyond enforcement. It seeks to raise awareness, provide
support, and foster a sense of responsibility within the community. By engaging
in preventive measures and encouraging open dialogue, the program aims to
create an atmosphere where individuals affected by drug abuse can seek help
without fear or stigma.
