To ensure effective and efficient response to emergencies, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 10, through the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD) re-orients the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Focal and Alternate Focal Persons of DILG 10 Provincial Offices and City Offices on the Disaster Online Reporting and Monitoring System (DORMS) and Operation L!STO, today, March 24, 2023 at Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The activity aims to reorient the participants with the Disaster Online Reporting and Monitoring System and the challenges and innovations in Operations Center reporting through an interactive discussion.

The DILG 10 Emergency Operations Center will be activated as seen necessary and as advised by the DILG Central Office. Upon activation of the Regional Operations Center, the DILG Provincial and City focals are also in the forefront in monitoring the disaster preparedness actions undertaken by their respective local government units through the Disaster Online Reporting and Monitoring System.
