DILG 10, PNP CELEBRATE 121ST COCPO POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY

In celebration of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) 121st Police Service Anniversary, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)-10 Regional Director Wilhelm M. Suyko, CESO IV, assured the PNP of the Department’s support in carrying and delivering the mandate of maintaining peace and order in the city.
“We will steadily and persistently support your efforts and initiatives, so long as your duties and responsibilities will be upheld in accordance with the rule of law,” he expressed.
With the theme “Matibay na Ugnayan ng Pulisya ay Mamamayan, Tungo sa Pagkakaisa, Kapayapaan, at Kaunlaran”, RD Suyko emphasized that everyone is reminded that the community’s peace and orderliness is everyone’s mission.
“Let us remember that as police officers, you are not just alone in achieving such vision and goal. It requires joint effort with the government, stakeholders, and every citizen,” he added.
RD Suyko served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the event and awarded the top-performing PNP units and officials who have showcased exemplary performance in public service.
