CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, December 20 — Then DILG 10 Regional Director Arnel M. Agabe, CESO III, and the incumbent Director of Region 8, was invited to the region’s Parangal Awards Night — an annual event of the Department to recognize exemplary performances of teams and individuals who have greatly contributed in the implementation of PPAs of the Department.

The invitation was extended to the former RD in recognition to his supervision on the awardees  in the first three (3) quarters of 2022 to which the evaluation was mostly attributed.

DILG 10 Regional Director Wilhelm M. Suyko, CESO IV, expressed his utmost gratitude to Director Agabe for his continuous support to the region, reiterating that he will strengthen and retrofit what the previous administration have started.

“Inimbita po natin si RD Agabe kasi hindi ko po trabaho ang first 3 quarters ng taong ito. Gawa po niya yun. Kaya it’s very fitting to invite him and witness this very momentous event of the region,” he expressed.

Meanwhile, RD Agabe thanked RD Suyko for the invitation and congratulated all the employees for executing commendable performances during his time.

“I would like to thank RD Wil for inviting me to be with you in this meaningful activity that we have right now. This means a lot to me as I would like to grab this opportunity to thank all of you for a job well done when I served as your regional director for almost six years,” he said.

Further, DILG Region IX Assistant Regional Director and former DILG 10 ARD Abdullah V. Matalam also graced the event.
