The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – 10 lauds all Subaybayan ang Proyektong Bayan (SubayBAYAN) compliant Local Government Units (LGUs) and City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (C/MLGOOs) for their commendable performance in the enrollment of Locally Funded Projects (LFPs) to the SubayBAYAN Portal during the conduct of the 2021 SubayBAYAN Compliance Rewards on February 4.

     DILG 10 Regional Director Arnel M. Agabe recognized everyone for showing excellence and consistent performance in the delivery of their duties and responsibilities as the frontliners in the monitoring system.

     “I commend all of you for displaying exemplary performance in the implementation and reporting of our LFPs. Our pursuit to transparency and accountability will give our constituents their full trust and support in all our undertakings to the public,” he said.

     Basis for winning are the SubayBAYAN Compliance Ratings, Monthly Updating in the portal, and correlation of project status in both SubayBAYAN and actual project status.

     Further, the awarding was divided into three (3) categories, (1) the 4^th Quarter 2021 SubayBAYAN Rewards; (2) SubayBAYAN Encoding Compliant LGU; and (3) Best Performing LGU in SubayBAYAN.

     Following the SubayBAYAN Rewards is the updates for the first quarter of 2022 were DILG Regional Focal Persons Engineer Junard Jason Vequiso and Project Evaluation Officer (PEO) John Mark Labrador presented the SubayBAYAN Encoding Compliance Rating, Enrollment process in the portal, as well as the SubayBAYANI 2021 Assessment Result.

     SubayBAYAN is the official online system monitoring of the Department that provides real-time information on the physical and financial status, as well as the information on the actual location, implementation, and other basic data of the LFPs. (R10/RO/PDMU/Merryane Rose Bacud)
