DILG-10 EYES FOR
PRIME-HRM LEVEL II

          Aiming for the conferment of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level II, the Department of the Interior and Local Government-10 (DILG-10) was officially assessed by Civil Service Commission-10 (CSC-10) through an onsite validation.

          The two-day validation and assessment was held from August 19-20, 2019 with Acting Chief Human Resource Specialist Maria Cristina T. Saligumba and Human Resource Specialist I Bethany Marie P. Naces as the assessors from CSC-10.

          “The preparation for PRIME-HRM Level II Accreditation is in line with our preparation for the ISO Surveillance,” DILG-10 Regional Director Arnel M. Agabe said. “With this, we should ensure that what we are doing are standardized and compliant to the laws and regulations set by CSC.

          The evidence requirements of the four core Human Resource systems were reviewed and evaluated by the assessors, namely: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

          During the said activity, RD Agabe and the members of the Regional Human Resource Merit, Promotion and Selection Board (RHRMPSB), Performance Management Team (PMT), Human Resource Development Committee (HRDC), and Regional Parangal Committee (RPC) were interviewed to validate the evidences presented by the Department, as well as articulate their functions, roles and responsibilities as members of the different HR committees.

          PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II (Process Defined) shall be conferred to an organization that has successfully complied with the evidence requirements of all four core HR systems. The organization upon conferment shall be granted as Bronze Awardee.
