CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Apr. 3 – DILG 10 strengthened its information dissemination efforts by conducting a hands-on training session on video production and equipment use for its Public Information Support Unit (PISU) members in the Regional Office earlier today.

The training is in line with Regional Director Bruce A. Colao’s directive for all divisions to produce their own reels for social media and strengthen the department’s online presence.

Spearheaded by Regional Information Officer Merryane Rose Bacud and LGMED Information Officer Maria Maureen Cabacungan, the training provided PISU members with updated lessons on Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) preparation, basic reel video editing, and teleprompter setup. These skills aim to equip participants with the technical knowledge necessary for both production and post-production processes.

To simulate real-life production scenarios, attendees were divided into groups of three, taking on roles as director, host, and camera operator, allowing them to apply their new skills in a practical setting.
