𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝟭𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, June 29, 2026 | The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 10 convened the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) Advocacy Cluster 2nd Quarter Meeting at the DILG Regional Office, bringing together partner agencies to assess accomplishments, strengthen collaboration, and align strategies in advancing anti-illegal drug advocacy across Northern Mindanao.

The activity formally opened with an opening message from DILG 10 Office of the Regional Director, Chief of Staff Atty. Abulcair D. Lindao, speaking on behalf of Regional Director Bruce Colao. He welcomed the members of the ICAD Advocacy Cluster, partner agencies, and participants and expressed appreciation for their continued commitment to advancing anti-illegal drug advocacy and promoting drug-free communities.

Moreover, member agencies presented their respective second quarter accomplishments and updates on anti-illegal drug-related programs, projects, and activities, highlighting their continuing commitment to preventive education, community engagement, and inter-agency coordination.

The meeting also featured the presentation on the 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) by LGOO Rezza Mae T. Docallos, followed by the discussion of ways forward, summary of agreements, and the recitation of the IDADAIT Pledge of Commitment led by ADAC RTA Princess Airah Artajo.

The activity concluded with closing remarks from DILG 10 ARD Yvette Tolentino-Sunga, reaffirming the cluster’s collective commitment to sustaining collaborative efforts toward drug-free and resilient communities in Region 10. (𝘋𝘐𝘓𝘎 10 𝘓𝘎𝘔𝘌𝘋 | 𝘈. 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘫𝘰)
