To discuss key financial and administrative matters affecting regional and field operations, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) 10 conducted its Regional Finance Conference on September 16–17, 2026, at Malagana Fairways, Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

The two-day conference featured discussions on IAS audit findings, procurement requirements and process workflow, budget and BAC related concerns, and financial reporting, highlighting the importance of proper documentation, timely processing, accurate and complete reporting, reconciliation of records, and accountability in government transactions. Participants were also oriented on key procurement requirements and processes, to help ensure more efficient and consistent implementation across the Regional and Field Operating Units.

The activity concluded with the discussion of other matters and a summary of agreements, reinforcing the commitment of DILG 10 personnel to responsive, accountable, and efficient financial management in support of the Department’s programs and operations.
