DILG Regional Office 10, June 25, 2026 — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 10, together with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region 10 and the National Youth Commission (NYC) Region 10, convened a coordination meeting to discuss the implementation of CSC Memorandum Circular No. 13, s. 2025, on the grant of Sangguniang Kabataan Officials Eligibility (SKOE).
The meeting served as a venue to clarify key documentary requirements, including the Certificate of Good Standing, Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Services Rendered, DILG Masterlist of SK Officials, and the performance evaluation requirement for appointive SK officials.
