City Director Edward G. Bhagwani, awarded the Certificates of Appreciation to the barangays on the basis of how quick and timely their response to the call of compliance and submission of the Accomplished Data Capture Form (DCF) of Barangay Officials for their Training Needs Assessment (TNA).

Ranked according to their submission, the awardees are the following: Barangay Tipanoy, Tubod, Upper Hinaplanon, Maria Cristina, Sto. Rosario, Hinaplanon, Ditucalan, Acmac, Puga-an, Pala-o, Kiwalan, Buru-un Sta. Elena, Poblacion and Tambacan.
