In preparation for the upcoming assessment on the performance scopes for the 2018 Seal of Good Local Governance, the Department of the Interior and  Local Government (DILG) – Camiguin conducted a Provincial Roll-Out Orientation for the five Municipalities of Camiguin at Villa Paraiso, Mambajao, Camiguin on May 11, 2018 .

Led by the DILG Provincial Director Rhona G. Pedraza-Abadilla, the activity was participated by all Local Functionaries including SGLG Focal Persons of each local government unit in the Province.

The participants were made aware of this year’s upscaled “all-in” criteria with its corresponding forms and indicators on the seven (7) assessment areas namely: Good Financial Housekeeping, Disaster Preparedness, Social Protection, Peace and Order, Business-Friendliness and Competitiveness, Environmental Management and Tourism, Culture and the Arts . This means that an LGU must pass all indicators in order pass the assessment.
